These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of G‑Aims Transportation’s medical transportation services, website, and AI booking assistant (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

By booking a ride, communicating with our staff or AI booking assistant, or using our website, you confirm that you:
Have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Are legally authorized to request transportation for yourself or for another person with their permission.
If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
2. Use of Services
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services (including names, pickup and drop‑off locations, dates, and special needs).
Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations.
Use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a respectful, safe manner toward our staff and drivers.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if there is unsafe, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.
3. SMS Notifications
We send SMS messages to support your transportation services, including:
Booking confirmations and reminders.
Driver arrival updates and schedule changes.
Important service notifications.
You consent to receive these messages by opting in through:
Our website forms, or
Verbal consent during a phone call with our AI booking assistant or staff.
Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency depends on your ride activity.
Opt‑Out & Help
Text STOP to cancel SMS at any time.
Text HELP for assistance with SMS.
Opting out of SMS may affect how we send you real‑time updates, but it does not cancel your ride unless you separately request cancellation.
4. Service Limitations and Disclaimer
We aim to provide timely and reliable transportation, but certain factors are outside our control.
G‑Aims is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, accidents, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, missed appointments, or changes in pick‑up or drop‑off times.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of significant delays or changes.
5. No Medical Advice
G‑Aims provides transportation only and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any information shared by our staff or AI assistant is for scheduling and coordination purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
