You may opt in to receive SMS notifications when you complete our website forms or when you verbally agree during a phone call with our AI reservation line or staff.
At the start of calls to our AI reservation line, callers are notified:
“This call may be recorded, and we’ll send your booking details and updates via text.”
By continuing the call, you consent to receiving these transactional text messages.Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Message frequency varies depending on your bookings and ride activity.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt‑in data, or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required by law, to protect our rights, or to provide our services (for example, sharing pickup details with your assigned driver).
5. Your Choices (Opt‑Out and Help)
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from us.
For assistance with SMS messages, you may reply HELP.
If you opt out of SMS, we may still contact you by phone or other methods as reasonably necessary to provide your transportation services.
